RE/MAX Family Fun Day 2016
For those of you who don’t already know RE/MAX Family Fun Day is an event hosted by the RE/MAX Children’s Miracle Network Committee. The event is an annual fundraiser which is geared towards having a good time with family and friends while raising crucial funds for the Children’s Miracle Network and Alberta Children’s Hospital.
This is my 3 time hosting this event and year after year I am so proud to be part of it.
At first when we started planning the event we were challenged with obtaining enough sponsors but 3 weeks prior to the event we had met our target and decided to proceed. Because of the amount of support we received we were really able to go all out this year.
Here is a list of some of the awesome Activities we had at the Event:
- Hot Air Balloon Rides
- Bouncy Castles
- Face Painters – Let me just go on the record and state that these weren’t just any face painters. These guys were the real deal! Some of these kids had some fantastic art done.
- Climb Wall
- Photo booth – This activity was my favourite!
- Car Show
- Magic Show
- Special Guests
- Bat Man
- Spiderman
- Penguin
- Teddy!
As you can see there were a ton of awesome activities to keep the kids entertained. However the best part of the whole day was the opportunity to mix and mingle with colleagues and clients of RE/MAX. One of the reasons why we love this company so much is we are so fortunate and privileged to be able to participate in these types of events that give recognition and support to such an amazing cause.
If you are not already aware RE/MAX is one of the main donors and sponsors for the Children’s Miracle Network and several RE/MAX agents donate a portion of every sale to this cause.
